Returns Policy

Stripes & Willows accepts returns on physical products for a refund, within 30 days of purchase. You can return your physical product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. Digital products are exempt and unavailable to return.

Physical Product Return Policy Timeline:

  • 30-day return period (if order meets below listed policy requirements).

  • 1 business day for inspection of order once received.

  • 1 business day for return results to be communicated to you, the customer. Refund to be processed on the same day as communication of refund results.

  • 5 - 15 business days for the refund to be processed to the original method of payment. Please note this is dependent on merchant facilities. During this period we do not hold your money.

Just keep these policy requirements in mind:

  1. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  2. Perishable items such as food, pantry, gift cards, monogrammed pieces and custom furniture are not eligible for returns.

  3. We are not able to accept returns on orders that are re-shipped by a freight forwarding service.

  4. If an item is damaged, send a message ASAP to customerservice@stripesandwillows.com with photos so we can take care of this issue for you immediately (and let our vendors know).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@stripesandwillows.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Return shipping address will be supplied upon request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
